The Residences at 1428 Brickell

As a Creative Director, I have had the privilege of working with esteemed Miami developer Ytech, alongside the acclaimed ACPV Architects (Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel), collaborating with top-notch designers, engineers, fabricators, technologists, artisans, and artists. In my role, I’ve led Ytech’s Creative Direction and Graphic Design, overseeing the conceptualization and execution of the firm’s brand identity. My responsibilities span a wide range of design facets for Ytech, including visual identity, art direction, digital solutions, and environmental design.

The concept behind The Residences at 1428 Brickell emerged from extensive research encompassing over 250 luxury residential and hotel properties globally, coupled with interviews involving three dozen esteemed architects and designers. This meticulous approach led to the creation of a property that prioritizes the owner’s experience and privacy in every decision, resulting in a living space that is not only visually stunning but also perfectly suited for everyday life. The Residences stand as the World’s Inaugural Solar-Powered Residential Skyscraper planned in the heart of Brickell.

Brand Identity

Nicolas Laisne Architects

Crafted during my tenure at Twentyfive Studio, we created branding and identity for Nicolas Laisné Studio, a rapidly emerging French architect studio with a growing global presence. The branding and UI design were meticulously aligned with the studio’s distinctive project identity, characterized by non-orthogonal layouts, organic forms, and expansiveness.

The studio encompasses urban planning, architecture, and interior design, spanning the entire spectrum from conceptualization to execution. Nicolas Laisné Studio has left its mark on various international platforms, notably the VENICE BIENNALE IN 2021, reflecting its aspiration to redefine architecture. Its accomplished ventures and ongoing projects are a testament to its commitment to expand architectural boundaries, creating inclusive spaces amidst increasingly dense urban environments. This evolution from a boutique studio to a global architectural firm prompted a website and visual identity transformation.

Alric Galindez Arquitectos

While working at Twentyfive Studio, I was tasked with designing the UXUI Identity for an Argentinian architecture studio founded in 1995 and led by architects Santiago Alric, Carlos Galindez, and Federico Lloveras. With headquarters in Buenos Aires and Bariloche, the studio holds a special interest in conceiving architecture as an integral part of a landscape, viewing the environment as encompassing both natural and urban/cultural essences for each project. We developed a minimal yet impactful UXUI layout, using photography and a specific color palette as the primary elements, thereby enhancing the studio’s projects.

Mecha Restaurant

The chance to contribute to “Mecha Restaurant” project was an exciting opportunity. While serving as an Art Director at Twentyfive Studio, I undertook the task of shaping the digital identity and user interface for its website.

Mecha holds a prominent place within the vibrant culinary scene of Devoto neighborhood in Buenos Aires. Crafted by the forward-thinking architectural firm MMCV of Buenos Aires, Mecha shines a spotlight on its dedication to crafting dishes infused with the essence of open flames, utilizing seasonal and fresh ingredients. The restaurant takes pride in nurturing its own garden. Its minimalist architecture, characterized by a harmonious blend of glass and concrete, not only stands out but also brings a truly distinct character to the establishment.
